Grievance Redressal

As per the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Press Council of India guidelines, City Sampadak has a dedicated grievance redressal system.

    1. Complaints must be sent in writing with details of the disputed content.

    2. The grievance officer will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours.

    3. A resolution or clarification will be provided within 15 days.

    4. If correction/removal is required, it will be done promptly.
